Proper succession planning involves a great deal more than just the potential exit of the owner from the business. This seminar will examine the process of succession planning from a number of possible exit scenarios.

  1. Identify what planning needs exist regardless of the type of exit.
  2. Determine what various types of exit scenarios exist for owners.
  3. Differentiate succession planning from exit planning and learn how they are related.
